Produktet er bra når det virker, men det er vanskelig å koble til med bluetooth. Beskrivelsen som ligger på nett stemmer ikke. Når man holder inne cursor speed og trykker to ganger på left click justeres cursor speed, men BT tilkobling aktiveres ikke. RM redplus WL
Have had the Xpress for some time. Worked excellent with older Mac OS, Sequoia on the other hand, not so much. The app does not recognize and switch to the program on the screen. Have updated to the new drivers, but still no go. Not sure if it ever will. It worked so well before that I now have to adjust my workflow. Hope they update something soon with a good fix.
I must have had the original Contour ShuttlePRO for 20 years now, originally bought along with Final Cut Pro 4 if I remember correctly. It's been without issue all that time but was disappointed to discover it had stopped working with Macs a while back so it went in a box. Mulling it over yesterday, and missing the device, I had a look at your website again and was delighted to find that you updated the software for the old beast and it works again. Hooray! Thank you. It's a fantastic device for Ableton, Firefox and DaVinci Resolve. A highly recommended controller and a true classic. How many USB controllers do you know that have been supported for 20 years on Macs? I rest my case.
Also beide Geräte sind soweit super, aber ich habe ein neues Mac Studio M1 angelegt mit Final Cut auf dem neuesten Stand der software . Treiber installiert , nichts geht .Das dürfte eigentlich nicht passieren, das sich Befehle ändern okay aber ein Grundlage von Befehlen geht .

Two extra buttons above the thumb are wrongly placed in the mousse. In order that it is not possible to use them. \n
the mousse is making noise when cliking comparing to Logi.
Hardware works well and feels nice to hold. Just enough controls for casual use. I'm using on macOS Sonoma, and although the software technically works its functions for adding new definitions are not working as expected. It doesn't recognise Audacity 3, and my attempts to export and amend the Audacity 2 definitions are not imported or recognised. So docked one star for poorly designed/broken ability to add new applications.
Seit vielen Jahren nutze ich den Contour Multimedia Controller PRO v2 in der Arbeit mit Adobe Premiere Pro 6.0. Nach einem Absturz meines PC und Neuaufbau sowie Installation der Software für den Controller, funktioniert er mal, mal nicht. Auch nach Download des Treibers funktioniert der Controller nicht mehr. Woran liegt der Fehler????
Sur un clavier Français, si les touches \"start\" et \"alt\" droites sont inversées, ceci est du au mode \"Mac\".
\n\nMais pour basculer en mode PC, il ne faut pas faire \"Fn + Caps + W\" mais \"Fn + Caps + Z\" (emplacement du W sur clavier QWERTY).
\n\nDe même, pour basculer en mode Mac, la séquence de touches est \"Fn + Caps + ,\" (emplacement du M sur clavier QWERTY).

I can't think of Ableton without contour's multimedia controller right now, I guess I'm gonna order more to just in case. Because this is really something else. Perfect calibration. I just hang out with an hour with my new trackball and multimedia controller, I guess I caught the perfect combo for music production. I was especially suffering from Cmd + Shift + M shortcut on Ableton for creating clips, now I'm highlighting with trackball and just hitting one button with contour. And also whatever I click contour's wheel directly controls that parameter and adjusting EQs are never been more fun! Feels like managing a spaceship! I hope this company always lives because this product is unique! Thank you so much contour. You deserve better recognition and I'll share tutorials about this thing as well, so maybe some people would watch the video and find your company. I extremely loved this.
I have no idea what I can really do with it. First installed on Windows. Bought for Final cut Pro for MacOS. Now, in Windows, it would be an advantage if the basic usage would be shown in a video etc. It can be a great product, I bought it used, I just can imagine it is great and makes editing easier, but what is the standard usage and advantage?
I absolutely love it. Because I can connect it in multiple way (blue tooth, dongle and wired) I can use it with every compter I want. \n
I’ve tried all kind of touchpads that I could take with me, since we don’t have our own place in the ofice and I also work at home.\n
But no devise worked as good as this one.

Purchased this mouse to replace an older Contour mouse (PMO-L-R).\n
Lots of adjustment but the mouse is simply too small to obtain the correct posture. The older model was bigger and better for me.
I've have just received this mouse via an access to work assessment. I am female with small hands. The booklet is very small with even smaller font so it was inaccessible & I was unable to read it.\n
I have managed to adjust the mouse to a comfortable position.\n
However I find it really difficult to move, it is incredibly slippery, there is no grip so my hand slips no matter the angle, this means that I have to put pressure on the mouse to hold my hand position & to move it. This defeats the object of the mouse which is to relax your hand is use.\n
I have tried wearing a rubber glove to help the slippery texture, but this then makes typing difficult. Manufacturers should take note that females tend to have smaller hands than males & look at making a smaller one, or add a texture to to it so it is less smooth.

The horror is when it breaks down and/or needs an update, like every 10 year. Reading the update info, it's scary as it says to uninstall previous version. I hope that is not true (Mac Studio M2) and loose all settings. (I thought by now, we don't need to install Rosetta, but have to anyway.

well after 9 years of use i need to buy a new one, it still works but obviously working everyday with this amazing \"extra hand\" the wheel rubber worn out, i cant live without this anymore, mine was silver sad that i thing they dont make silver anymore, anyways its a 5 star product, isnt even a matter of opinion is just a fact, including the fair price

I have been using this mouse for almost 5 years and I am very satisfied with it. It is convenient to use and the durability of the battery is very good, usually I only have to charge it once a month, even though I use it day and night :) Its installation does not require anything extra, I just connect it to the machine and after 1 minute it works on all machines :)\n
I usually have to buy a new mouse every year because the roller gets stuck or the click is no longer pressed down hard enough.\n
in short, worth every penny :)\n
Back then, my partner said that I bought it expensively because it was a relatively simple mouse with no extra buttons, but it was worth it because I've been using it for 5 years and I still don't have any problems with it, not to mention that I can finally adjust it to the size of my own wrist and fingers. I get comfortable with it.\n
It would be nice if they released a gaming mouse with maybe 12 buttons or 17. I would definitely buy it :)\n

One drawback is that it dont work fine with HP laptops.\n
I am using the USB cable version of the keyboard and have to disconnect and connect the cable from my usb node to get it to work when starting up.
The concept is a good one and it is well manufactured. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for anyone with small hands so it was not the right product for me.
Greatly speeds up scrolling through pages of text or websites. There are times when I hung a more conventional mouse still comes in handy, so don’t get rid of your MX Mouse just yet. But its a great add on to my workflow of editing.
